  If I could give them no stars I would!
  
  This dealership sucks! The service advisors don’t know what they’re doing and blame mechanics for their mistakes. Had a problem with them last year that had me coming back a few times for the same problem because they refused to replace a part that was under warranty. They had my car for 5 days that time and nothing had been done to it in the meantime they wouldn’t even give me a rental and I had to get one out of pocket.
  This time it was a simple alternator replacement that was under a recall. Made the appointment with them to go in 2 weeks I show up and they tell me they don’t have one and one has to be ordered, well the stupid advisor forgot to order one and 2 more weeks went by and nothing. Again they wouldn’t give a rental and I was stuck paying for one out of pocket.
  
  I am definitely not going back to them! And I suggest you do the same. They don’t know what they’re doing.
