  To put it simply it just looks bad. I would not recommend using these guys if you care about the fit and finish of the completed project. They actually used a Sawzall to make a cuts and as I'm sure most of you know that's a demolition tool it's not for finish carpentry. By the way I'm a 30-year Master Carpenter so consider that when reading this.
